When will I receive the download link?
Your download link gets sent to you upon purchase from noreply@sendowl.com with "Serving New York" as the subject line.
I can't find the email with my download link. Can you help?
Sometimes, the email makes its way to your spam or junk folder. Be sure to check there, too. If you still can't find it, send us an email and we will manually send it to you there.
How can I gift the digital version of Serving New York?
If you would like to gift an e-cookbook, simply forward the confirmation email with download link to the gift recipient for them to enjoy. You can also enter your recipients' email at checkout so they can receive the email directly.
Where can I view my e-book?
Serving New York is compatible on Mac, PC, and tablets. It is not compatible on Kindle.
I forgot the password for my e-book!
The password is HAPPYCOOKING.
HARD COPY VERSION OF SERVING NEW YORK
I ordered a copy of Serving New York between November 14th-December 2nd and it still hasn't arrived. Where is it?
Kindly note that these orders were shipped out the week of December 7th. You can check your tracking number in your Shopify account online. Please expect domestic deliveries to take about 10-15 business days from ship date in the U.S and an additional 10 days for international shipments. As noted on the USPS website, the U.S. postal system is experiencing unprecedented volume increases and limited employee availability due to COVID and the holidays. Due to this, packages may be delayed and this is unfortunately out of our control.
I have tracked my package via USPS and it says 'Label Created, Not Yet in System'. What does that mean?
Not to worry, your order has indeed shipped! All the books are shipping from our fulfillment center in Rhode Island and they do not show up as 'shipped' until they have been processed through the main postal center. We have confirmed that all of these books are at the post office and awaiting processing.
GENERAL QUESTIONS
I entered the wrong shipping or billing address. Can you change it?
Yes. Please email us with your order number and correct information and we will make the change as quickly as we can. Please note that once your order has shipped, we cannot change the destination address.
Can I order multiple books and send them to different addresses?
Unfortunately, we can't do that on our site. Please place orders separately.
Can I add a gift note to my order?
Gift notes can be added for $0.50 at checkout for hard-copy orders only. If you would like to gift an e-cookbook, simply forward the confirmation email with download link to the gift recipient for them to enjoy.
